Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only before the agreement is processed and generated.
Once the rental agreement is generated or stamp duty initiated, no cancellation is possible.

2. Refund Policy

Full refunds are applicable if the service is not delivered or an error occurs on our end.
No refunds will be processed for user-submitted errors or changes after document generation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
