Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed only before the agreement is processed and generated.

• Once the rental agreement is generated or stamp duty initiated, no cancellation is possible.

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are applicable if the service is not delivered or an error occurs on our end.

• No refunds will be processed for user-submitted errors or changes after document generation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
