As a digital platform, StayPolis delivers services electronically. However, if your plan includes printed documents or home delivery of agreements, the following applies:

• Rental agreements are delivered via email in PDF format immediately after processing.

• Physical delivery (if selected) will be handled via courier.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Digital delivery: Instant or within 1 hour of successful submission.

• Courier delivery (if applicable): Within 5–7 working days, subject to location.

3. Charges

• Digital delivery is included in your service cost.

• Courier charges (if applicable) are mentioned at checkout.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by natural events, strikes, or logistic issues. For urgent delivery, please contact our team directly.
